About Us
Facets Novum LLC was founded in 2012 by Darrell Henry in Georgia, USA. What started as a software development firm has evolved into a healthcare technology company focused on one problem: clinical documentation is broken, and the people who suffer most are the therapists doing the work.
We build tools that reduce the documentation burden for rehabilitation therapists, IDD specialists, and private practice clinicians. Our approach combines AI-powered automation with deep FHIR R4 interoperability, so the systems therapists already use can finally talk to each other.
We work directly with medical billing companies and independent practitioners to deliver solutions that fit into real workflows, not theoretical ones. In 2026 we widened the aperture with RegistryReach, which turns public federal registries into verified provider intelligence for the vendors and recruiters who serve healthcare.
